Please read these terms carefully before using our platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between wilaot365 ("we", "our", "platform") and you ("user", "member"). By registering on wilaot365 or using our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.
1. General Provisions
wilaot365 is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms may change from time to time. We will publish a notice on the platform before any changes take effect.
1.1 Definitions
- "Platform" — The wilaot365 website, mobile site, and all associated services.
- "Member" — Any registered user who operates an active account.
- "Account Balance" — The total funds held in a member's account.
- "Bonus Funds" — Additional credits received under a promotional or welcome offer.
- "Bet" — Placing money on any game, sports event, or live casino game.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The condition specifying how many times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
1.2 Applicability
These Terms apply to all sections of the wilaot365 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, bingo, and other interactive gaming products. In addition to these main Terms, separate special conditions may apply to specific promotions or games.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
- Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or terminated.
- It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
- Transferring or selling an account to another person is entirely prohibited.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
As part of security and compliance, wilaot365 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Identity documents, national ID cards, or other proof of identity may be requested. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Payment Methods
wilaot365 currently supports transactions through the following methods:

3.2 Deposit Terms
- All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- Only transactions from a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name are accepted.
- Funds sent from third-party accounts will be cancelled and returned.
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly or within a short period of time.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed through the same method used for the deposit.
- Each withdrawal request has a target processing time of within 30 minutes.
- wilaot365 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if unusual activity or suspected fraud is detected.
- The portion of funds subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement on bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members making their first deposit on wilaot365 will receive a 150% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times.
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total Balance ৳2,500
- Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 (maximum limit) → Total Balance ৳20,000
4.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- The welcome bonus applies only once and only to each member's first deposit.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
- The wagering requirement is calculated using the formula: (deposit + bonus) × wagering multiplier.
- Promotional bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited to the account; otherwise they will expire.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated.
- wilaot365 reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotion or bonus offer.
4.3 VIP Program
The wilaot365 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and other benefits are available at each tier:

5. Gaming Rules
5.1 General Gaming Terms
- All games available on wilaot365 are operated by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair outcomes.
- If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, a refund for that bet is available.
- If you suspect any irregularity or manipulation in a game result, please contact our support team directly.
- Any winnings obtained by exploiting software errors or bugs will be considered void.
5.2 Sports Betting
- Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi, though specific special conditions apply to each event.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed before it starts, the bet amount will be refunded.
- If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue during live betting, the original bet amount will be returned.
- Attempting to win artificially on the same event through arbitrage betting is prohibited.
5.3 Live Casino
wilaot365's live casino section features games from top providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final and no complaints will be accepted after a game has ended. If an internet connection is lost, the game will be restored if possible, but the result will be determined according to the server record.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are entirely prohibited on wilaot365 and if any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed immediately:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the bonus system.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
- Exploiting platform software or game errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
- Misconduct, threats, or discriminatory behavior toward staff.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

- Members' personal information is not sold to third parties.
- Information may be provided to authorities in cases of legal obligation or security investigations.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Liability
- wilaot365 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform, but service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
- The maximum liability for financial loss caused by technical issues will be equal to the amount of the affected bet.
- wilaot365 is not responsible for internet connection disruptions or issues related to a member's device.
8.2 Force Majeure
wilaot365 will not be liable for any compensation if service is disrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives, or any other force majeure circumstances. In such situations, efforts will be made to restore service as quickly as possible.
9. Responsible Gaming

- Gaming by anyone under 21 is entirely prohibited — for ages 21 and above only.
- Members may contact the support team to voluntarily set deposit limits, session limits, or request a temporary account suspension.
- Temporary break (cooling-off period) or permanent self-exclusion requests are processed with complete confidentiality.
- If you feel a family member is gaming problematically, please let our support team know.
10. Account Termination and Terms Changes
10.1 Account Closure
- A member may request account closure at any time via live chat or email.
- If there is a withdrawable balance before the account is closed, it will be returned in full.
- Bonus balances in accounts closed due to rule violations may be forfeited.
10.2 Changes to Terms
wilaot365 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be published on the platform at least 7 days in advance. Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Dispute Resolution
If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer service team first. After receiving a complaint, we will aim to provide an initial response within 5 business days.
- Complaints can be submitted in writing via email or through live chat.
- In disputes regarding game results, server logs will be used as the final evidence.
- If a dispute is not resolved through discussion between both parties, the path of neutral mediation will be taken.
- These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
12. Miscellaneous Provisions
12.1 Severability
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
12.2 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together constitute the entire agreement between wilaot365 and the member. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by this agreement.
12.3 Language
These terms and conditions have been prepared in the Bengali language. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
